REP SESSIONS AND AUDITION PREP

Jordan has accompanied many auditions across the UK for theatrical and musical productions alike. If you'd like to book some time to work on your material, discuss new material, sort out sheet music and keep up practice before your big audition, then just get in touch! You can use the time for whatever you feel you most want to work on whenever is convenient for you. Jordan teaches from Highgate/Archway in London (NW6) or is available wherever you may need. If you can't make it for a session, feel free to ask for recordings of note-tracks, piano tracks, or even vocal tracks to help your preparation and practise.

Original music compositions

After 6 years training at Chetham's School of Music and The Royal Academy of Music (under Gary Carpenter and Tony Award Winning Orchestrater Chris Austin), Jordan has worked on a variety of commissions for original music in many different styles, and for many different instrumental and vocal ensembles. His bi-lingual musical "Goodbye" was commissioned by Goldsmiths University in 2012. Newcastle University's Theatre Society commissioned new folk music for several of their summer Shakespeare productions. He has composed for children's theatre, music theatre, video games, and is a prolific song-writer (currently working on his first album of songs outside of writing musicals).

ShEET MUSIC TRANSCRIPTIONS

If you need sheet music for a song but it doesn't exist, or you need any other sort of manuscript creation and editing, then just get in touch. Jordan has created sheet music for lost songs and pieces from jazz, folk, pop, classical, and many musical theatre gems that are impossible to find. He's also transcribed entire collections of songs (and a couple of full musicals) for writers who work by ear, providing them with detailed and crafted sheet music that matches their intentions and hopes for the songs. Just write to ask for examples or new transcriptions to be made. 

orchestrations, CHARTS AND arrangements

Jordan has prepared arrangements and orchestrations for choirs, chamber ensembles, function bands, cruise-ship artists, musical theatre showcases, orchestra pits and more. Whether you need a large scale work orchestrated for huge forces, or a quick set of band charts written up for a last minute contract, Jordan will be happy to help out no matter the size of the project or style of music. BACKING TRACKS

Jordan has provided backing tracks for a huge variety of artists and theatre groups. Whether it's for use in performance on cruise ships and large theatre venues, to intimate cabaret settings and private rehearsals, Jordan can create a professionally tailored backing track on any scale you might need. He has a collection of tracks made for original songs (either his own writing or other peoples commissions) and many already made for youth theatre groups and amateur theatre companies.
